This guacamole has quickly become one of our family’s favorite snacks. Filled with heart healthy cholesterol lowering fats and bursting with flavor, it’s sure to become one of your family’s favorites too!
Ingredients
3 Ripe Avocados, Sliced
2 Tomatoes, Diced
1/4 Large Sweet Onion, Diced
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 Jalapeno, Diced
1 Lime, Juiced
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin
Cilantro To Taste
Himalayan Pink Salt, To Taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
Instructions
Here’s what you do:
Place every ingredient into a bowl.
Next, stir gently to mix well.
Finally, garnish with cilantro sprigs and tomato. And you’re done!
Now if this seems a bit fancy or just to much for you, I want you to just smoosh some fresh avocado in a bowl, add some fresh garlic, and a dab of your favorite oil-free, sugar-free salsa….and you’ll be set!
